DBAY's signature Dream, Plan and Achieve Program consists of 12 interactive workshops which can be used collectively or individually by organizations who are serving youth and young adults.Community Building

Dream Builders of America’s Youth, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization created by a diverse group of professionals in 2002 to give young people the tools to turn dreams into reality. We are dedicated to motivating youth to Dream, Plan and Achieve! We offer workshops for organizations who are serving youth. Dream Builders offers opportunities for youth to build their confidence, build their character, and to build their communities.
Our mission is to change the non-productive behavioral patterns of our youth by helping them develop a vision for success. If you are an adult that truly believes in living a life filled with passion and purpose, or if you are a young person who wants to lead a life filled with passion and purpose, then Dream Builders could be your partner in that journey.
